Jeon Jong-seo Explained Not Wearing Seatbelt Controversy “Because Of Photo Angle”+Additional Photos

On July 16th, Han So-hee and Jeon Jong-seo each posted photos of them driving together on their accounts. In particular, Jeon posted photos taken from various angles with the caption “drive through with this girl ♥.”
However, controversy arose as Jeon Jong-seo, who was in the passenger seat of a car driven by Han So-hee, was seen with a seatbelt even though she took selfies from various angles.

Since 2018, Korea made it mandatory for citizens to wear seat belts in all seats while traveling in a car. If drivers or passengers are caught not wearing a seat belt, a fine of 30,000 won will be imposed on the driver in accordance with Article 50 (1) of the Road Traffic Act.

In this regard, Andmarq, Jeon Jong-seo’s agency, told Xsports News, “After checking with Jeon, we confirmed that she wore a seat belt and the seat belt was not shown due to the angle of the photos.” Additional photos were also provided to prove the claim.
Meanwhile, in April, Jeon Jong-seo was suspected of committing school violence. At the time, the agency denied the allegations. After the school violence controversy, Jeon Jong-seo and Han So-hee were both cast in the series “Project Y” (unconfirmed name) and have been showing off their close friendship.
